I got this as an indoor option for when its raining too much to use the mace outside—the mace would hit my ceiling. I think I would prefer a thicker handle, consistent with the mace, but that’s just personal preference. This thing is really great. I see people talk about shoulder benefits, but it can be great for forearm work too.
Works splendidly, super fun to use! Been at it for a week, love the progression, can already feel stronger than i was. My only critique is why isn’t the handle knurled, sometimes i find it slipping from my hands when i start to sweat. I’ll probably wrap it with cloth or leather. Good purchase, solid product and most importantly tons of fun.

First time using a mace. It’s awesome! Very fun way to get the whole body engaged. Definitely recommend.
