Nice long and thick handle

Great for shoulder mobility. Finding each time I use it I am activating more muscles and improving my swing.

I have quite severe osteoarthritis in my ankle and struggle to find exercise that can get my heart rate up to improve fitness. I haven't had the mace for long, but I can certainly see how it will benefit me. It's a great weight for learning, but I think I'll have to go a little heavier once I am comfortable with the movements. I wish I could have someone to train me in person to check my form, but mace training seems a bit obscure in New Zealand currently. Videos provided are great!

Great piece of kit, particularly start out. The handle has good solid grip and is designed so that you adjust your grip to be further up the handle as needed.

Awesome piece of weight kit. Bought this to strengthen shoulders and 2 weeks in its doing wonders on upper back and posture. Will get next size up now.

Definitely an awesome purchase, I am so grateful and thankful to the advice that had been given - the 3kg is a perfect balance for me, I've slowly practiced the 360 and it's changing my posture - 10 reps left and right for now, but yes "Team Dangerously Fit" I have been talking to my work mates whose ages range from 18 to me 56 and me mate 57, if this piece of equipment is helping me, your product will certainly help them.
I know the boys would rather see the proof first, and I'm working at it - it's so worth the time effort - I look forward to my 20 rep session and will add more as I progress through this motivation. A 4kg mace is a very good start for a man of 105 kg and reasonable fitness also the purchase was sent in good order and good value.

Great piece of gear, only drawback is I find it a touch short think it’s 104cm and no lip on the handle. But aside from that it’s great will look at getting a bigger one soon.

Even though it's only 4Kg it is what I need for my workouts. The overall construction is superb. The knurling gives it the best grip so it shouldn't slip from one's hands, no matter what type of exercise one is doing. I highly recommend Dangerously Fit because not only do they keep one up to date with where one's purchase is, they are very professional in doing so. I’m a big guy, I’ve done traditional strength training and power lifting for a long time. I’m so glad I started with the 3kg. My range of motion was abysmal and if I tried to go much heavier my first time I probably would’ve done a rotator cuff or possibly a given myself a wrist injury! This mace is amazing for a first timer, really well made, brilliant grip and gives you a feel for the exercises without risk of injury. I heartily recommend starting light as a beginner, no matter how big you are, check the ego at the door and work your way up! Fantastic product! Thanks to Dan and the Dangerously Fit team!

I’m a novice (female) to mace training. I initially purchased a 3kg (which I still use) but I wanted something heavier. I agonised long and hard between 4kg and the 6kg. I bit the bullet and got the 6 thinking it might be a while before I could handle it. BUT it’s very balanced and I had my first successful workout today. Very happy with this implement.

This is where it's started to challenge myself strength wise especially in my grip compared to the lighter weights, happy to finally feel quite sore after a workout with the mace and not having to do a million reps.

These products are excellent quality. I love that they incorporated a flattened part on the end so you can store these upright. You’re not left wondering what exercises to do, as there’s a blog full of instructional videos.

Perfect for a lighter workout

Very happy - very sturdy. Using it in the backyard with a little exercise course - tractor tyre, slam ball, weighted club, kettle bell, jump rope. Very solid construction. Using it for sledge hammer hit on tyre but have also found it useful for stuff like coiling and strength training for warhammer and sword movements, even good for strength training for movements which could be incorporated into warhammer use - baseball bat swing, golf swing, door breech swing, list goes on - such a versatile training tool. Looking forward to moving up the weight increments.
Even pick it up, periodically, for 5 minutes, when I'm just doing stuff around home.
If you're thinking about purchasing but can't decide, do yourself a favour and make the investment - look after it, and it will last for ages.

I received my 6kg macebell a few weeks ago and with some guidance from my trainer put it into action this week. I like the thick grip and length of the macebell, it's good quality. I am a beginner and this is a good size as it's manageable, but still challenging and gives me instant feedback when I'm not executing my technique correctly.
